This will be an active list of things done to MK as well as a thread for ideas, so feel free to add your thoughts and ideas.

Looks awesome man, I just picked up a MK1 PCB, so looking forward to playing this on real hardware. I got the T-Unit, but curious if there will be limit to which PCB this will work on?

How far are you able to push the hacks for this game? I know MK2/UMK3 are more complex, so I assume more stuff to update/fix, but this is the first one, are you able to add another character for example (other than Reptile), like a playable boss maybe?

Also, will Reptile have an ending?

Thanks so much for working this man! When I get around to figuring out how to update my UMK3 I'll become a contributor so I can get the proper ROMs but also to help support your efforts!

Not sure if you have a detailed list with issue and/or fix ideas, but here are some things from the top of my head:
- Sprite issues with most of the heads with SZ fatality (the ninjas having mashed heads and other heads, like Raiden/Sonya's etc.having orange/brown bits instead of blood red, at the upper part of the spine where the head ends);
- The black box that appears in the block (bellow the waist of the player) on TYM (most noticable on Stone);
- Hitbox issue with Raiden and Kang (Kano can knife them mid air when they are in their JK animation);
- Shang moving forward for once;
- Possibly giving Shang his fatality back;
- The pit fatality actually being treated as a fatality;
- Fixing the Sonya infinite on most players (Sonya and Kang can escape it I think, but not the rest I presume);
- Sonya's sweep speed I think is faster than the others (only punishable by Kano's roll and SZ slide);
- Fixing the placement for Scorpion's spear (to get out from his hand rather than the start of the screen);
- Raiden's get up animation sometimes turns pink;
- Fixing the Raiden glitch (doing an immediate torpedo after being hit by one causes raiden to be glitchy);
- Changing Sonya's fatality inputs, so she can actually fight Reptile;
- Raiden's crouch hitbox being kind of high (Kano's roll can hit him while crouching most of the time);
- Goro and Shang issues when mid-air (the infinite corner on Goro and Shang glitch combo with Kano, causing Kano to fly off the screen, as well as other glitch situations that you may find on YT);
- Glitch when you can be moved to any space on the screen after you go through the last endurance, wait for the finish him to be over, but keep walking backwards and then do a jump as Goro is doing his taunt;
- Variety when Shang is morphing (Sonya is the least morphed to character);
- When you get hit by Raiden's torpedo (not on counter) you can do a special move afterwards to punish;
- In uppercut range when Cage blocks a freeze, he cannot punish SZ with an uppercut;
- Everyone (except ninjas) can punish Kano's sweep with an uppercut.

I would also like to add the bug, when you throw your opponent during a special move, the next move after the throw is unblockable.
