Scorpion had a forward teleport in MK Trilogy, so He may possibly have one as an additional move if we create options for it. But not Ermac most likely.

Ermac is S tier as is.If someone need new moves and tweaks it's a bottom tier - in ideal it should be top and mid tiers only, so while you have some disadvantages if playing someone like Mileena against let's say Kabal, you have a chance of winning.

Speaking of fixing low tier.

Cyrax:
- his net should be faster
- bomb exists 2 more sec on the ground, and autoexplode after it, however player can manualy explode them whenever he/she wants to, from the moment they touch the ground LP+BLK = close bomb explosion, LK+BLK = far bomb explosion

Sheeva:
- all her specials and projectile should be faster.
- telestomp should have projectile armor - if projectile connects, it deals the damage, but Sheeva continue her telestomp animation and attack, except for ice clone and ice puddle - these will take full effect if opponent manage to connect them there
- ground pound should throw enemy in the air if he/she is close enough, allowing for juggles. i guess 120 pixels around Sheeva from both sides is enough (which covers half of the screen).

Shang Tsung:
- new special move: Shang rolls toward enemy (like Mileena does) and when connects - do his throw.
the move is unblockable (it's a throw after all), but sure avoidable - gives Shang more variety and 1st non projectile based special
- ground skulls and triple skulls should be a little faster

Sektor:
- new special move: double rocket (from MKT), hovewer if he goes for double rockets instead of singles, there is a little delay for starting animation, and there is a little longer (taht for single ones) delay for the second ones after firsts comes out, so he can't spam them as fast as single ones.

Mileena:
- all her special moves goes faster and do more damage
- her roll throw enemy in the air similar to Nightwolf's axe reaction - making more comfortable for juggles
- second input for her sai special (down, back, HP or back,forward, HP) - while not seem like a big deal, your HP button is now free all the time, making it easier to go for projectiles in combos

Classic Sub-Zero
- his slide is faster and covers bigger distance
- ice puddle is faster and stays longer

Liu Kang
- lowered in half damage protection after his pop up combo

Jade
- projectile shield stays longer
- boomerangs do 1% more damage

As of now, this isn't a balance hack. In the future (perhaps beta 2), we may make optional balance adjustments, but nothing hard coded to take away from original gameplay
